As a professional seller, to guarantee you have the best experience, we offer a 1 year warranty covering on our products.
To ensure that you don't invalidate the terms of the warranty please read and understand this booklet.

Hosim always committed to higher quality products. Trying best to meet customer's psychological expectations. But for high-speed toy cars it is difficult to avoid damage, it is still possible to break or cause damage by crashing or misuse. Most rc car parts are consumables and will wear with use (wires servo, differential, tires, shafts, bumpers, shocks, arms etc).
All the parts of this car are available to be purchased separately, to allow you to get years of use from your RC truck.

If you can't determine which accessory has the problem by yourself, please contact us by phone or email .

Warranty is only valid if the items were purchased direclty from Hosim
(purchases from third party sellers will not be covered under the warranty)

1.BEFORE the product has been used
Please check carefully when you receive the product. If you find defects in materials, workmanship, assembly, or have not received the complete package, please contact us by phone, email.
2. COVERED BY WARRANTY
--A.1 year warranty for the Motor
(excludes damages caused by the user,including but not limited togear wear and incorrect maintenance)
--B.6 months warranty for the Electronic Speed Controller
(excludes damages caused by the user,including but not limited to internal damage and incorrect maintenance)
--C.3 months warranty for Wires servo and Differential
(excludes damages caused by the user,including but not limited togear wear and incorrect maintenance)

3. NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
--A. All other parts not mentioned above, such as but not limited to: shock absorber, axle, arm, wheel, screw, etc.
--B. Lack of maintenance, improper use or abuse
--C. Water damage or problems resulting from water intake

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
